Encountered error during product pull for Europa Sports

I am new to channelape, and using europa sports as the supplier. I am trying to figure out how to get my products from europa sports to my amazon account via channel ape. I have the app installed already and went through the process. However I went to follow the instructions of setting up my product list on channel ape. What is the next step? Also under filters, it said Encountered error during product pull for Europa Sports.

We have some great articles in our knowledge base. For Europa there is a new password that is emailed out weekly from the datafeed team at Europa Sports. I would contact them if not receiving email. Once you get the password follow the instructions below.
